Delivery costs

We offer free delivery for all orders of $115 or more in Canada.

Delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier:

• Canada: 1 to 8 days (1 to 5 days for Quebec)
• United States: 4 to 12 days 
• Internationally: please contact us at services@loftycareshop.ca 

Packages sent to Canada are shipped by DHL or Canada Post. Shipments to the United States and internationally are made by USPS or Gp service.

Taxes

The sales taxes applied depend on the destination of the order:

• British Columbia (BC): 12% HST on merchandise and shipping charges
  
• Alberta (AB): 5% GST on merchandise and shipping costs
  
• Manitoba (MB): 7% PST on merchandise + 5% GST on merchandise and shipping charges
  
• Saskatchewan (SK): 5% GST on merchandise and shipping charges
  
• New Brunswick (NB): 13% HST on merchandise and shipping costs
  
• Newfoundland and Labrador (NL): 13% HST on merchandise and shipping costs
  
• Nova Scotia (NS): 15% HST on merchandise and shipping charges
  
• Northwest Territories (NT): 5% GST on merchandise and shipping charges
  
• Nunavut (NU): 5% GST on merchandise and shipping costs
  
• Ontario (ON): 13% HST on merchandise and shipping costs
  
• Prince Edward Island (PE): 5% GST on merchandise and shipping charges
  
• Quebec (QC): 5% GST on merchandise and shipping costs + 9.975% QST on total merchandise and shipping costs
  
• Yukon (YT): 5% GST on merchandise and shipping costs
  No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped outside of Canada.

Shipping to the United States

All orders shipped within the United States are sent by USPS. They are not subject to Canadian taxes but may be subject to customs duties, US taxes and customs administration fees. A customs invoice may accompany your package or be sent separately. Recipients are responsible for these additional charges. Loftycareshop cannot provide estimates for customs duties; please check with your local customs office.
